MULTIDRUK S.A. as a property developer has decidedly the greatest offer of flats on the market of Lublin. It constructs simultaneously 282 flats in the 1st and 2nd stage of the investment; the buyers may choose from over 50 types of the flats.
Establishment of Lubelskie Zakłady Graficzne S.A., from which MULTIDRUK S.A. was later established as a result of ownership transformations.
MULTIDRUK S.A. has existed under the present name since January 1999, when it was transformed from Lubelskie Zakłady Graficzne S.A., which had been the greatest printing plant in Lubelszczyzna for a lot of years. Due to the changing trends on the publishing market, the shareholders of the Company decided to change the profile of the activity.
Since 1 October 2014, MULTIDRUK S.A. has been realising the property development investment - Osiedle Mieszkaniowe ‘WIKTORYN’ (‘WIKTORYN’ Housing Estate) in Lublin at ul. Unicka 4. The investment is divided into two stages: 1st stage – three buildings (B1, B2, B3) with service & commercial units as well as with underground garages are constructed simultaneously; in total, 220 flats in three buildings of the total area of 11,417 m2.
The 2nd stage of realisation of the property development investment - Osiedle Mieszkaniowe ‘WIKTORYN’ (‘WIKTORYN’ Housing Estate) in Lublin at ul. Unicka 4 since 10 August 2015. As the first one, B4 building is constructed, then the construction of B5 building is planned. In these buildings, there are 132 flats, a service & commercial unit and parking spaces in the underground garages. The total area of the 2nd stage is 6,812 m2.
